Cryptophthalmos, a developmental abnormality, conceals eyes under fused eyelids. Anophthalmia, the complete absence of eyes, necessitates reliance on other senses. Blindness, caused by eye conditions like microphthalmia, hinders sight and poses challenges in navigating and detecting danger.
