The White-fronted Parrot is a small, gregarious species native to the Amazon Basin and other parts of South America. It has a distinctive white forehead, white feathers around its eyes, and a long tail. These parrots are known for their playful, noisy behavior and their flocks can be quite loud. They inhabit humid forests and woodlands, usually near water sources. Their diet consists mainly of fruits, seeds, nuts, and insects. Despite being social and playful, the White-fronted Parrot is classified as vulnerable by the IUCN due to habitat loss and the pet trade.
